What materials do you use for your products?
Atelier PEGAI exclusively uses premium full-grain leather sourced from top-tier tanneries. Our hardware is solid brass or high-grade stainless steel to ensure longevity and a timeless aesthetic.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer personalization or monogramming?
Yes, we offer custom heat-pressed monogramming on most of our leather accessories. You can select your initials and preferred foil color directly on the product page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. The items must be in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-monogrammed products are final sale.
How should I care for my leather goods?
We recommend applying a high-quality leather balm every 4-6 months to keep the hide hydrated. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and water; if it gets wet, pat dry immediately with a soft cloth.
